"I was challenged with the task of producing a short mix to promote a show in Leeds on April 3rd 2009 @ Beaverworks. It seems to be a mostly 'Techno' line up so the promoters wanted a 'Techno' mix...I don't really do much techno these days (although it has to be said, Green Velvet and Carl Craig at Bloc Weekend totally blew me away and reunited me with a long lost love for infectious minimal 4/4 beats) so I threw together this mix of Cumbia, digi-Reggaeton, Bassline, Funky etc...all things that could be techno if they're played at the wrong speed."
